We currently use Housecall Pro as our field service software. It only offers one recommended integration PLY which is a very powerful platform. However, the cost is quite high. PLY charges $75 per location, meaning one warehouse and one truck count as two locations.
For our business, with one warehouse and seven trucks, this would cost about $600 per month. Additionally, PLY has a $750 onboarding fee. This fee can be waived if you sign up for a full year, and they offer a 10% annual discount. In our case, that would bring the yearly cost to approximately $6,470 instead of $7,200 plus the onboarding fee.
For now, we’ve decided to stick with BoxHero, which is much more affordable and costs around $100 per month.
